By submitting a video to WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT you confirm, agree and understand that:

  • You own the rights to the video, or you have the legal right and authorization to submit it — you filmed it yourself, or the footage is publicly available and not restricted by its rights holder.
  • You grant WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, stream, embed and redistribute the video, and to crop, edit or add overlays for display.
  • You authorize WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT and its advertising partners to run advertisements before, during, after and alongside the video, and to monetize the video through advertising and revenue-sharing arrangements without any payment to you.
  • Your submission does not violate any law and does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights — no music videos, no TV broadcasts, and nothing you don't have permission to use.
  • You release WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT from any claims related to the video's display, monetization or removal, and you agree to indemnify WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT against any third-party claim arising from your submission.
  • WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT may reject, remove or reorder the video at any time for any reason, including after a takedown request.
