1. What We Collect

We deliberately collect as little as possible. What we do hold:

• Comments — your chosen anonymous handle, the comment text, and technical moderation data (IP used for rate limiting and spam triage). No account, email, or real name is required.
• Push subscriptions — if you opt in to alerts, a push endpoint token so we can deliver them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Local preferences — age-gate confirmation, sort choice, and like-dedup markers stored in your browser's localStorage. These never leave your device.
• Aggregate analytics — standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly pageview counts. We don't build cross-site profiles of you.

2. How We Use It

Comments power the discussion on each fight page; moderation data stops spam and abuse; push tokens deliver the alerts you asked for; preferences personalize your session. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

The Site uses localStorage for your age confirmation and sort preference. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Third-party embedded players (for example YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embed) have their own policies, which we don't control.

4. Third Parties

The Site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests at the edge (including IP addresses in standard request logs) and serves our videos through a caching proxy. Content streams from the original hosts (WorldStarHipHop, Reddit, YouTube); when you watch, those hosts may set their own cookies under their policies.

5. Retention & Deletion

Comments remain until removed by moderation, by a DMCA/takedown request, or on your request. To ask us to delete a comment you authored or your push subscription, email watchpeoplefight@gmail.com — we act on verified requests promptly.

6. Children

The Site is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and minors are prohibited from using the Site.
