What a valid notice must include

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our site — please provide the exact /watch/<id> URL(s).
Your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Notices missing these elements may be ignored or may require additional steps before we act.

Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3))

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same designated agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your area (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party or their agent.

Email your counter-notice to watchpeoplefight@gmail.com with the subject DMCA Counter-Notice. We may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant, and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain it.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances and consistent with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), WATCHPEOPLEFIGHT terminates the accounts or access of repeat infringers and removes content that repeatedly draws valid takedown notices.
